The Broadwalk Centre officially opens brand new toilet facilities for shoppers

The Broadwalk Centre in Edgware is delighted to announce that following a £110,000 investment, its new toilet facilities are now open to the public.

Officially opened on Friday 23rd February by centre staff, retailers and a few of The Broadwalk's loyal shoppers, the toilets are now ready to welcome its 15,000 weekly users.

Previously updated in 2005, the improved conveniences feature upgraded facilities for men and women, parent and child, as well as disabled shoppers.

The community shopping centre's investment is part of an ongoing programme which sees The Broadwalk demonstrate its continuous commitment to its shoppers. The centre has also installed Braille toilet signage to assist shoppers and visitors who are visually impaired.

Angela Brooks, Centre Manager of The Broadwalk Centre, commented:

"We have listened to shopper feedback and are delighted to have opened our new toilets. We pride ourselves on offering all the necessities of a community focused shopping centre and are delighted with the comments we've received so far from both retailers and shoppers."
